Armila's Beach Code

At Armila Beachwear, we take pride in offering premium swimwear and resort wear crafted with care and attention to detail.  To ensure the highest level of hygiene and customer safety, we maintain the following guidelines:

1. Returns or Exchange

At Armila, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason your item isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help. Eligibility for Returns:

- Exchange must be notify within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Tags and hygiene liners must remain attached for swimwear and beachwear.
- Items with signs of wear (makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, or damage) cannot be accepted.

- We gladly offer size exchanges if the requested size is available.
- If the size you need is out of stock, you may choose store credit or a refund.

We stand by the quality of our products.  If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please:

- Notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order

- Provide clear photos of the damage along with your order number

- For any approved return, product must be unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene stickers, tags and packing intact.

- We will arrange a replacement or store credit once the claim is approved

Note: Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or washing errors is not covered.

2. Refunds

- If a refund is chosen, it will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

- Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect on your account.

3. Final Sale Items

All discounted, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon arrival.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for approved returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).
